Refund Policy

At The Mom Edit, we aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any packaging.
    • A valid reason for the return must be provided (e.g., damaged goods or item not as expected).
    • If the product is damaged, a clear photo showing the damage must be submitted.
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

    How to Request a Return or Refund

    1. Email us at shop@themomedit.com with the following details:

      • Order number
      • Reason for the return
      • Photo of the damage (if applicable)

    2. Wait for our team to review your request. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email.

    3. Ship the item back to us using the return label.

    4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

    Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return has been initiated. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

  3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@themomedit.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Due to our small-batch inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. However, we’re happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at shop@themomedit.com to inquire about product availability.
