The Hoptimist was created in 1968 by Danish woodworker, Gustav Ehrenreich. He wanted to create something cheerful and charming - and this little figure, bobbing happily along - is a reminder to stay optimistic, even in turbulent times (hence the name, “Hoptimist”). More than 50 years later, this lil’ cutie is considered a Danish design classic…and the reminder is just as apt.

Prince wears a golden crown and reminds me of Max, from Where The Wild Things Are. I bought one for Pax. :) Also, these are so gender neutral, it could just as easily be a Queen, too.
Skiing Bumble (gray) and Skiing Bimble (red) are ready for first chair with rosy cheeks, pointed caps, and skis that pop on and off. Perfect for the skiers, apres-skiers, or any winter enthusiasts. Gahhh so cute!!
