This botanical bath blend was created for those of us going through perimenopause and menopause. It’s supposed to be good for the whole brain fog, achy muscles, feeling ‘off’ sort of thing. There’s some magnesium-rich Celtic Sea Salt and Epsom salts, milky oat tops, rosemary, tulsi, and passionflower-infused jojoba oil. The scent profile is very calming (clary sage, lavender, and neroli), and it’s handmade in small batches in Brooklyn. There’s no preservatives, parabens, artificial fragrances or dyes.

I also appreciate that a little muslin bag is tucked inside to hold the herbs, so cleanup is easy, too.

How To Enjoy: Each 10 oz blend makes 2 baths — or one big, generous soak. For easy cleanup, use a muslin bag (included inside!) to contain the flower petals. Pour generously into warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. Breathe deeply and let the water carry away the weight you’ve been holding.

For external use only. Avoid hot baths if you have certain medical conditions. Not for medicinal use. Keep out of reach of children; do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
