Four tea-infused ganaches, hand-crafted in small batches by MECHA Chocolate, a Philly chocolatier led by chef Melissa Crandley. Each box holds one of each flavor: warmly spiced Chai, soft and floral Chamomile, earthy Japanese Matcha, and bergamot-bright Earl Grey. The organic teas are steeped into a truly silky ganache made with premium French chocolate, heavy cream, and butter, and the chocolates come tucked into MECHA's signature embossed black box, with a little card naming each flavor.

The flavors are perfectly balanced yet complex, and even our non-tea drinkers loved this sweet little box. It's a perfect hostess gift, stocking stuffer, or 'just because' treat.

MECHA Chocolate

MECHA Chocolate is led by chef and chocolatier Melissa Crandley, who trained at the Culinary Art Institute of Philadelphia and cooked in Center City restaurants before turning a 100-square-foot kitchen into a beloved local chocolate shop. Today, MECHA has storefronts in the Philadelphia area, where her team crafts small-batch barks, caramels, ganaches, and seasonal treats. Every piece is made with Cacao Barry chocolate, European butter, and local, organic ingredients whenever possible, often in collaboration with neighboring farmers, roasters, and distillers.
