Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship business days, Monday through Friday from our Philadelphia office. All orders are shipping USPS and will ship within 3 business days. Orders that have requested expedited service before 3:00 PM will be sent for delivery that day. Orders placed on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping

We ship via USPS. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, The Mom Edit will refund any purchase within 30 days of the order date unless the item is marked final sale. All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached.

Steps to Return:

  1. Email shop@themomedit.com with the reason for your return and your order number.
  2. If the item can be returned, a shipping label will be issued.
  3. Print and attach return label and send.
  4. When the package is received by our office and checked for quality, a refund will be issued. This typically takes 3-5 days.


International sales are final and not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In order to get you your new item or size as fast as possible, please place a new order. Additionally, please send an email to themomedit@gmail.com to let us know what you are returning with your order number and we will send you a prepaid label via email.

Guarantee Policy

Every piece is guaranteed to be to your quality standards within three months of owning it, otherwise, we will repair it or send you a new one.
