Rose - This chocolate has a rose-forward taste, with just a hint of cardamom. The flavors are soooo balanced, in perfect combination - this is my personal favorite. 

Orange - The orange flavor is strong, and the puffed quinoa gives it a surprising little crunch - this flavor was the office favorite. 

Peppermint - The peppermint comes through, but the hint of lavender doesn’t get lost, either. The result is a really fresh-tasting chocolate bar.

Almond - This is element’s plain dark chocolate bar (in all its smooth, rich glory), with chopped almonds on top. A great mid-afternoon snacking bar.
