For the texture lovers.

I fell for these the day my sister plopped one on top of my birthday gift, and I've been hooked ever since. These stone-ground dark chocolate discs snap into little triangle wedges with a super satisfying crunch - you can actually see the tiny sugar crystals. Snack on them as-is, or whisk them into milk for a really delicious hot chocolate.

The Orange (50% dark) is my favorite (the orange flavor really comes through!), but the classic Dark (70%) is rich and complex. Makes a really easy (and sweet!) hostess gift, too.

Cacao Puro 70% Dark Chocolate Disk: Organic Cacao Beans, Organic Cane Sugar.
