These chocolate bars are so smooth and rich, you’ll never know they’re dairy-free. They have the perfect amount of sweetness (without using refined sugar) and we love that all of their flavors are created with essential oils.

We can’t figure out how these guys get such strong flavors with all-natural ingredients, but these chocolate bars are delicious.

Notes:

Rose - This chocolate has a rose-forward taste, with just a hint of cardamom. The flavors are soooo balanced, in perfect combination - this is my favorite. 

Orange - The orange flavor is strong, and the puffed quinoa gives it a surprising little crunch - this flavor was the office favorite. 

Peppermint - The peppermint comes through, but the hint of lavender doesn’t get lost, either. The result is a really fresh-tasting chocolate bar.

Almond - This is element’s plain dark chocolate bar (in all its smooth, rich glory), with chopped almonds on top. A great mid-afternoon snacking bar.
