Cocktail-Inspired Chocolate Ganaches
This beautiful little box includes four cocktail-inspired ganaches, hand-crafted in small batches by MECHA Chocolate, a Philly chocolatier led by chef Melissa Crandley. Each box holds one of each flavor: Bee’s Knees (made with Philly’s own Bluecoat Gin), Moscow Mule, Irish Coffee, and Strawberry Daiquiri. They’re made with premium French chocolate, and come tucked into MECHA’s signature black box, with a little card naming each flavor.
You can actually taste the gin, the ginger, the whiskey. These are for the friend who always orders off the cocktail list, or for a night in when you don’t feel like making the drink. Like all of Mecha chocolates, these are decadent, complex, not too sweet, and completely delicious.
